Canada Post Strike- Service Disruptions

Please be advised due the Canada Post strike any payments that have been mailed may not be received by the office on time. If you have mailed a payment it is the ratepayers responsibility to ensure it has been received by the office. The RM Office recommends that due to the Canada Post strike that payments not be mailed. 

Payments can be made in person at the office by cash, cheque and debit. The RM also accepts payments by E-Transfer through select banks. 

Please note: It is the ratepayers responsibility to verify amounts due by contacting the office. If you would like to receive notices by email please fill out the Email Consent Form and return to the office.  

2025 Taxes

Please be advised, as of July 7, 2025 Tax Notices for the 2025 year have been mailed out. If you do not receive your tax notice by July 31 please contact the office to verify your mailing address is up to date. 

Payments may be made by Cash, Cheque, Debit, Online Bill Payment (through select banks) and Interac E-Transfer to 244@sasktel.net

 

Please note: Individuals are responsible for updating and ensuring their mailing address on file with the RM Office is correct

 

Office Closures

Please be advised, the RM Office will be closed on the following dates: 

September 1- Labour Day

October 13- Thanksgiving

November 11- Remembrance Day

 

The RM Office will be closed for staff training on the following days/times:

October 15- Closed from 1:00 to 4:00

November 18- Closed from 9:30 to 12:00
